Goings on at Connect360

Welcome to the first edition of C360 Insider. I want to thank each of you for your trust and support during our first two years as Connect360 Multimedia. As we move through our 3rd year, I want you to know that you have my commitment that we will strive to stay ahead of marketing, media and media accounting trends and that we will continue to develop new services and provide you with insights that help you achieve your marketing goals.
I want to give you a little peek at what we’ve been up to and what you can look forward to over the next few months. As a movie buff, who loves trailers, here are a few attractions that are now showing or are coming to a campaign near you soon….
PSAs – Digital Delivers!
The ease of use and access to your PSA assets, ensure that your PSAs stand out from the competition and receive more frequent airings. We now deliver all of your broadcast PSAs digitally. PSAs that arrive digitally, in a PSA Directors inbox have a significantly higher usage rate than those provided via beta tape, which are being rapidly phased out in the industry.
Reach the Media
Our survey of broadcast PSA Directors nationwide led us to develop a hardcopy mailing package that gets the attention of PSA gatekeepers. In late 2015 we released our proprietary C360 POP Cards (PSA Overview Packages) and C360 EPKs (Electronic PSA Kits) The C360 POP Card includes visuals of the campaign assets, Intro letter, 501C3 letter, a DVD or CD with broadcast quality links to your PSA campaigns. The C360 EPK is a 12 page digital file containing the same assets and broadcast quality links that we email to our extensive list of PSA gatekeepers. The C360 EPK may also be used independently as part of a strategic email campaign and can also be placed in a strategic position on your website and social media channels.
Do you Hulu? Have you ever opened Pandora’s box? WebTV and Internet Video Platforms allow you to reach targeted audiences that are often missed by traditional broadcast distribution channels. Our sole agreements with Hulu and Pandora enable us to distribute your awareness campaigns to coveted generational audiences such as Millennials and Boomers, as well as reach any demographic targets and geographic areas that are important to your organization.

Graphic Campaign Analysis
In addition to our gold standard campaign tracking and valuation system, we are going “graphic-interactive” with our statistical campaign reports. To make campaign reports easier to read, understand and share, we are building interactive reports with graphics, so you no longer have to sift through piles data in order to tell your story, our reports will do that for you. The anticipated launch date for these is mid-Q2 2016. Stay tuned for updates on our progress.
Traditionally, PSAs have been measured by counting and analyzing impressions but wouldn’t it be fantastic to be able to measure the level of awareness and opinion of your cause? Connect360 is working with one of the nation’s largest market research firms to develop a process that will do just that. We are working hard on this and hope to bring this to you in Q3 2016.
The Babies Are Coming! The Babies Are Coming!
I mention this twice, because we are happy to announce that we have two babies on the way this Spring! When we started Connect360, we said we wanted to create a family-oriented company and here we are, building families. Sharon Persaud (our PSA Campaign Manager) is due this April with her third child and Holly Mulé (our Digital Media Campaign Specialist) is expecting her first child in May. Best wishes to both Sharon and Holly.
